"Asyrtiko" Greek Cellars v.q.p.r.d 200... 12% vol Variety: Asyrtiko 100% v.q.p.r.d Colour: Yellow to white. Nose: Rich intesed, perfumes of summer fruits. Coop nose at starts but more lemon continuity. The fruit from the other plays long after the lemon with conhesion and proud. Mouth: Medium dry, lemon and orange tones. Very good steps between spring flowers and jasmine. At starts the introversion is again distinct but explodes later with spectacular perfumes of dry fruits and becomes more dry in the aftertaste with slow motion.
"Moshofilero" Skin Contact 200... 12% vοl Variety: Moshofilero 100% Skin contact Colour: Gold white. Nose: Vαriety of perfumes with master the one of the grapes and the roses. Medium dry not annoying rich but with clear thin and gently character. Sparkling perfumed range with strong and shrill personality. Mouth: Medium dry. For starting it work very well between lemons and levante but continuous by asserting with kind sweetness and appoints the rich character of the roses and the sugar. Mouth: Medium dry, leaves a sweet note for starting with philosophized perfume contrast and rich fruit body. Offensive with gentle intension crawling between white grapes and fig. Sparkling and very baby character result of his sweet perfumes and disposition to play with rich sugar flavours. Mouth: For starting offensive sweet, but acidity balance the continuity with master perfumes those of the banana and green apples. The sugar sub layer from the other continuous to exist very sharp letting the fruit to balance the situation with clear medium dry beat that release it from the repetition. "Syrah & Kotsifali" 200... 12, 5% vol Variety: Syrah 50%, Kotsifali 50% Nose: Medium tension, with some tries that balance to the fruity character not with successful way. Perfumes of white alcohol make their appearance very faint, but resurrect with very quite groove letting a light gentle acid ness, that allows it to overcome with proud. Mouth: Medium Dry with clear barrel. Taste that keeps it away from the useless perfumes of the new age, helping it from once to be easy drinked, and from the other to let the salty character and the spirit of the Cretan region. Medium tension of the after taste that makes the wine to be counted among the "weaks", but always being among the Cretan tables as "quality house wine".
"Archanes" v.q.p.r.d 200... 12, 5% vol Variety: Kotsifali 50%, Madilari 50% Colour: Red with rich tannins Nose: Aged wet barrel, proudly matured with the character of the original Cretan doga Mouth: Full dry, with the wood and the barrel more easy noted in the after-taste. Very crispy with strong tannins and alcohol to be changed to sherry suspicious, with caramel and burned earth.
"Hadi" Domain Loupakis 200... 13% vol Variety: Grenach 100% Colour: Limpid red with crystal character. Nose: Wet barrel with dry smoked leaves, leaves a kindness Suspicious of red apples and cinnamon. Medium tensioned dryness that allows the wine not to be "to much» in the flavoured activity but being balanced and sense bled, with the alcohol volume to help for the ideal. Mouth: Traditional and village mouth, well created and balanced. Controlled dryness that helps the apple to be more active. Light sweetness in after taste but perfumes of boiled greens and earth balance the situation. Very good flavour prelacy with sweet ending that gives the wine the character of the "romantic". The aftertaste from the other do not vindicate dafnes but with pleasure and love helps the wine to be among the quality, light and easy drinked.
"Syrah" Paliani Gi 200... 12, 5% vol Variety: Syrah 100% Colour: Red not very deep, little moody. Nose: With up and down. Shy and sensitive with sudden strong perfumes like extra matured wine or olive oil. In general escapes from the brutality of the Cretan region with rich allusions to the dryness, which in taste Gnostic levell does not claims medals, but elevates it's own character without searching for mimes. Mouth: Dry to medium dry with officially tuning to the second. Maybe for power and perfume economy as they come by the aftertaste with accompanation of white Cretan cheeses.
"Saint George" Domain Lafazanis 200... 12% vol Variety: Agiorgitiko 100% Colour: Deep red. Nose: Earth perfumes with cram berries, peppers for sure with a background of youth apples. Well dominated perfumes that needs little time to be easy noted. Τhe sharp flavoured activity hugs the dry character of the wine with culture and obstinacy, something that makes the wine not to be inferior in timing and deepness. Mouth: Tasteful harmony, suspicious for coffee and red pepper. Full after taste in the mouth that gives back the peppers and the apples. Μaster sweet & sour notes with the balsamic vinegar to be easy smelled and the other perfumes easily come-up. Mouth: Rich with sweet and sour notes, crispy and full dry.
